Title: Office Managing Partner
What does your job entail: I am the office managing partner of the Seattle office of KPMG LLP. In addition, to the role of managing the office, I am an audit partner serving clients in the healthcare, health insurance and not-for-profit industries.
Where do you spend your time?: Right now I spend it working from home in Carnation, Washington until we can head back to the office. In a typical year I travel to serve clients in the Pacific Northwest and across the country for other national KPMG purposes.
Favorite sport to watch?: Golf and Football
Favorite sport to play?: I love to run, do pilates, strength training and yoga (really anything on the mirror), and also golf.
Passion projects?: Besides the Seattle Sports Commission I am on the Boards of the Junior Achievement, Seattle Foundation and on the audit committee of the Seattle Art Museum. My other passion is around overall diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and the retention and advancement of women in my firm and industry.

What does your job entail: My team is responsible for everything local, state and federal as well as responsible for our community engagement and philanthropy.
Where do you spend your time?: I live and office in Redmond, but pre-pandemic would likely have work related travel about 10 days a month.
Favorite sport to watch?: I love to watch all sports, but college basketball is my favorite. My favorite sport to watch live is NHL hockey.

Passion projects?: At AT&T we have a history of supporting diversity, equity and inclusion and internally each year I support and manage internships for students from the AT&T Center for Indigenous Politics and Policy at George Washington University and the American Indian College Fund. I also participate as a mentor to American Corporate Partners which is a mentoring program that assists veterans and eligible spouses on their path towards fulfilling, long-term careers (post-military), whether the veteran is job searching or newly employed.

Where do you spend your time?: Right now I spend most of my time in a basement bedroom on Teams calls. Normally I spend 1-2 weeks per month on the road working with customers.

Passion projects?: My kids sports and activities are my primary passion right now. Our long-term support has always gone to NPHUSA which supports the work of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, a series of nine homes in Latin America and the Caribbean for children.

What does your job entail: Running AT&T Sports Networks and it’s four subsidiary regional sports networks that collectively are distributed in 22 states. The four networks are branded as AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain (Rockies, Jazz and Golden Knights), AT&T SportsNet Southwest (Astros and Rockets), AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh (Pirates and Penguins) and Root Sports NW (Mariners & Kraken). Every year we produce and televise over 1,000 live games and over 35,000 total hours of programming.
Where do you spend your time?: Prior to COVID, I spent most of the time in our downtown Seattle HQ, although the team I oversee is based in eight different offices in four time zones, so under normal circumstances I travel quite a bit for business.
Favorite sport to watch?: The ones I watch the most are football, basketball, baseball and hockey.
Favorite sport to play?: If I had to pick, it would be between snow skiing or back-country wilderness backpacking. In my younger days I played football, basketball and baseball.
Passion projects?: I have been on the boards of many non-profit organizations over the years and have ended up serving as chairman or president of a number of them (UW Alumni Association, Washington Athletic Club, The 101 Club). This Fall I will start a multi-year term as Chairman of the Board at the University of Washington Foundation (the philanthropic/money-raising arm of the UW).

What does your job entail: I help manage our 30 stores, 31 food booths in regional stadiums, and our secret clam chowder plant that makes all the soups and sauces we use in our restaurants and sell to others.
Where do you spend your time?: I spend about 30 hours a week visiting our stores, working with our management team and another 30 hours as a volunteer with the Seattle Aquarium, Chamber, Historic Waterfront Assn, Boy Scouts, UW Foster School, & San Francisco Federal Reserve branch bank in Seattle.

What does your job entail: Our team provides strategic and on-the-ground integrated marketing support to companies, nonprofits, and individuals doing (or who want to be doing) good works in our community and for our planet.
Where do you spend your time?: I live in May Valley (south side of Cougar and Squak Mountains). We have an office in downtown Seattle. Our clients are primarily in the Northwest – with a few in Colorado and Texas.
Favorite sport to watch?: NFL – hands down! Although the National Cornhole Championship is not far behind.
Favorite sport to play?: It used to be basketball – and then knees, hips, and every other joint. Now I love to play pickleball.
